Victor WANG advises leading international and Chinese private equity/venture capital investors and multi-national corporations on their investments, acquisitions and divestments in the Greater China region. These exercises range from real estate and distressed asset deals to transactions in the telecommunications, media, technology, biotech/life science, pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. Victor has had significant experience in cross-border transactions, particularly in representing many Fortune 500 companies with respect to their direct investments in China. He also has considerable experience representing international underwriters and Asian issuers in their global share offerings, as well as acting for Chinese companies in their outbound investments. Victor is consistently recognized by legal industry publications such as Chambers Asia and IFLR as one of the leading M&A, corporate and private equity lawyers in China, he is also a member of the adjunct faculty at the School of Law, Fudan University and East China University of Political Science and Law.
Victor received an LL.B. from Fudan University (1984), an LL.M. from the University of Iowa Law School (1991) and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1996). Victor was a Ford Foundation visiting fellow at the University of Iowa (1989-1990). He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, and a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.

Richard LEE focuses on helping multinationals improve their handling of their China affairs. He has advised many international household names on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other direct investment projects, key commercial agreements, corporate restructuring. He also coordinates local litigation and arbitration specialists to jointly assist many multinational conglomerates with a wide range of disputes. Matters he has handled cover a wide range of industries including automotive, petrochemicals, theme parks, luxury brands, wholesale and retail channels, consumer products, real estate, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, civil aviation, renewable energy, chemicals, hi-tech manufacturing and games. Leading legal journals such as Chambers Asia have ranked him both as a leading M&A lawyer and a leading international lawyer practicing in Chinese law firms.

William LU's practice covers cross-border business transactions, international construction contracts and dispute resolutions. He often provides legal services for cross-border investment and financing transactions on behalf of multinational companies and large Chinese enterprises, covering a wide range of industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, energy (especially solar and wind energy), exhibitions, Internet, media, high-tech, biomedicine and real estates. He has handled many energy and infrastructure projects related to the Belt and Road Initiative. He also specializes at coordinating and handling international business disputes, especially shareholder disputes, corporate governance and engineering contracting arrangements.
William received his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees in China as well as a J.D. degree (with honors) in Australia. He is qualified in China and New South Wales, Australia, with right of audience before the High Court of Australia.
