On May 23rd, 25th and 30th, 2018 Jingtian and Gongcheng, partnering with Wolters Kluwer and joined by Legal-Union and Dalawyerspace.com, organized a labor law seminar “Regulations and Change-Based Employment Termination” in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The session in Beijing on the 23rd was broadcasted live online. Over 200 executives, HR and legal professionals from well-known domestic and foreign ventures participated in the meeting.
Guest speakers for the seminar were all from Jingtian & Gongcheng: Youping Deng—Partner of Labor Law and Recruiting, Minquan Shen and Xin Yu. Speaking on the central themes of “Common Disputes over Regulations” and “Termination Based on Material Changes in ‘Objective Circumstance’”, the speakers delivered comprehensive and in-depth explanation and analysis of the topics using the typical cases in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen based on the latest penalty guidelines.
