Zhengzheng Hu is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng and he specializes in capital markets, private equity, foreign direct investment and foreign capital M & A with broad industry experience including value-added telecommunication services (mainly the internet), sports and entertainment, new energy, real estate, mining, media and advertisement, retail, pharmaceutical and other traditional manufacturing sectors.
