January 2011, Texhong Texitile Group (02678.HK) launched its USD 200 million 7.625% Senior Notes due 2016 offering in the Singapore Stock Exchange. The notes were ranked Bb2 and BB respectively by Moody’s and Standard& Poor's. Deutsche Bank Group acts as the Notes’ Sole Bookrunner.

Texhong Textile Group, established in 1997 and listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2004, is specialized in production and trading of highly value-added cotton fashion fabrics.

Jingtian& Gongcheng represented the Bookrunner in the offering.
