January 14, 2011, RMB 2 billion USD settled 10.5% Senior Notes due 2016 of China SCE Property Holdings Limited (SCE) (01966.HK) were successfully listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

SCE, a real estate developer based in Fujian, listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 5, 2010, focuses on the medium to high end residential projects mainly in Fujian and the Pan-Bohai Sea region.
