November 19, 2010, the Beijing Higher People’s Court made the final judgment concerning a trademark administrative lawsuit brought by a certain Guangzhou foreign-invested company against the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB) of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The final judgment upheld the first-instance judgment of Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court, which invalidated the No.13384 decision of TRAB and demanded a new decision for the trademark dispute.
