January 4, 2011, Tianpeng Wang joined Jingtian&Gongcheng as a partner. Mr. Wang obtained the Bachelor of Law degree from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing in 1999 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at University of Louisville in Kentucky, USA in 2003.

Before joining us, Mr. Wang had practiced in international law firms including Clifford Chance and Morrison & Foerster and also worked on secondment at China Investment Corporation. He specializes in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other cross-border investments.
