May 1, 2011, Yilei Zheng joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner.  Mr. Zheng graduated from Peking University Law School and International Law, Transnational Law & Business University in Seoul, South Korea respectively and is a L.L.M candidate, Law School of UC Berkeley.  Before joining us, he had practiced at King & Wood, Jones Day and Fangda Partners.

Mr. Zheng holds the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate.  Mr. Zheng specializes in overseas listing, merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment, etc.
