January 1, 2011  Guanchun Dai re-joined Jingtian&Gongcheng as a partner. Mr. Daigraduated from Peking University Law School and University of Virginia School of Lawrespectively. Before joining us, he had practiced at several well-known firms including Jones Day, Morrison & Foersterand Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Mr. Dai was admitted to the PRC bar in 1998 and to the New York bar in 2003. Mr. Dai specializes in corporate law, securities law, crossborder M&A, real estate, etc.
