Effective from 1 May 2011, Guoqing Li re-joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner.  Mr. Li graduated from PekingUniversity Law School and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law respectively.  Before re-joining us, he had practiced at Hogan Lovells for six years.

Mr. Li obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1999 and was admitted to the New York State bar in 2006.  Mr. Li specializes in securities law, corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.
