Mr. Qingjie Wang has recently joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner.  Mr. Wang graduated from Northwest Institute of Political Science and Law and University of Connecticut School of Law, respectively.  Mr. Wang obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1994 and was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 2001.  Mr. Wang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions, and joint ventures, etc.  Before joining us, Mr. Wang had been a partner at King & Wood.
