July 1, 2011, Yongqing Huang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner.  Mr. Huang graduated from Peking University Law School with an LL.B. and an LL.M., and obtained another LL.M. degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (where he was a Sohmen Scholar).  Before joining us, he had practiced at Haiwen & Partners and Shearman & Sterling LLP Beijing office.

Mr. Huang holds the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate and was admitted to the New York bar.  Mr. Huang specializes in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, securities law and capital market, private equity/venture capital and PRC antitrust filing.
