On 27 June 2024, SenseTime Group Inc. (" SenseTime", stock code: 00020.HK) completed the placement of new shares with a net amount of approximately HK $2 billion.
As the PRC legal counsel to the underwriter, Jingtian & GongCheng has provided legal services for the placement throughout the whole process.
