On June 25, 2024, the "CITIC Securities-CNNP New Energy Infrastructure Investment Asset-Backed Special Plan" was successfully offered and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange ("SSE"). This project is the largest enterprise asset securitization product so far in 2024, and it is also the first new energy REITs project within the CNNC - China nuclear power system.
