Recently, Mr. Yu Xin, partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng, was selected as “Top 10 Outstanding Young Lawyers in 2019” by CLECSS.
Mr. Yu Xin focuses on the mid-level and high-end fields of labor and employment law, especially in TMT and financial industries. Mr. Yu has received his Bachelor of Law from Wuhan University and now is a Master candidate of Law in Renmin University of China.
Mr. Yu specializes in providing commercial and effective legal services in human resources and labor law for large enterprises and entities, and has had plenty successful experiences in representing clients in matters concerning trade secrets protection and talents competition, HR compliance, employee settlement, dismissal of senior officers, handling emergencies, HR outsourcing, human cost and tax planning, and battle for control of enterprise,etc.

Mr. Yu has been invited to participate in the labor law seminars in Beijing and Shanghai by many famous institutes such as Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis, Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Corporate Counsel Union, Zhaopin and Cambridge.

Since 2016, CLESS has launched the "Top 10 Outstanding Young Lawyers Award" program in recognition of outstanding young lawyers with excellent professional achievement and character, which has attracted wide attention from the legal profession. The selection committee is composed of senior legal personnel. The list takes into account the educational background, professional field, professional achievements and geographical factors of the candidates.
