On November 12, 2019, the "CBJL Forum", organized by China Business Law Journal, an international media outlet, took place at Grand Hyatt Shanghai. The forum aims to help Chinese and foreign enterprises to effectively conduct cross-border investment & financing, and assist enterprises' senior executives and legal staff to strengthen compliance management and avoid legal risks in cross-border investment & financing. Victor Wang and James Yong Wang attended the forum and the "Prospect of Chinese Companies and Cross-border Investment" Roundtable. James Yong Wang hosted the roundtable and Wang Zhengchao delivered the opening speech.
