In response to the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s initiative to enhance the internal compliance risk awareness and define the position of a “Watchman” on the capital market, KPMG Huazhen LLP invited Jingtian & Gongcheng partner of Securities – Siyuan Liu to present topical training “What is Due Diligence in the Securities Regulatory Commission’s Eyes?” for the partners of KPMG. Siyuan Liu obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law from Tsinghua University. Ms. Liu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2017 and became a partner in the Securities Department. Ms. Liu specializes in securities compliance and securities litigation.
