Recently in Beijing and Shanghai Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Practice, with support from Ernst & Young and Purcow Fund organized a seminar on “The New Listing Rules for Biotech Companies by HKEX”.  The seminar in Beijing was also streamed live online.

The seminar was focused on how to prepare biotech companies to be listed on the exchange under the new listing rule governing the emerging and innovative sector in terms of corporate structure, compliance and finance. The guest speakers did an excellent job on explaining the profound theories in plain language. The event was warmly received by over 100 attendees, who are executives and law professionals from established domestic and foreign ventures.
