On July 12 and 24, 2017, Jingtian & Gongcheng, together with Lexis Nexis, Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, and China Legal Executive Council, held seminar of Labor Law on “Comparison and Interpretation of Latest Labor Disputes Judgement Standards” in Beijing and Shanghai respectively. There is also a live webcast for the Beijing event.

Over 200 executives, legal executives and HR from large foreign enterprises and famous private tech companies participated in the event. The seminar focused on “standards of salary and benefit”, “one-sided adjustment of the labor contract”, “termination and continued fulfillment of labor contract”. The latest judgement standards in Beijing and Shanghai were analyzed in detail and the seminar was a total success.
