Just recently, Jingtian & Gongcheng is entrusted by Beijing Enterprises Jingao Construction Co., Ltd. to be its permanent legal counsel.

Beijing Enterprises Jingao Construction Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Enterprises Group. It will undertake the construction, safeguard of the Winter Olympics, as well as the post-game operation and management of 2022 Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics Yanqing skiing center, sleigh center, Olympic village, media center and supporting facilities.

Previously, Jingtian & Gongcheng provided legal services to Yanxi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center (APEC) developed by Beijing Enterprises Huidu Property Development Co., Ltd.
