January 29, 2010, SouthGobi Resources Ltd. listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, under the stock code of HKG: 001878. The share offering was priced at HKD 126.04 per share with 27,000,000 shares offered through the exchange trading system and raised a total of HKD 3,403,080,000.

SouthGobi Resources is one of the largest coal producer in Mongolia, which focuses on exploration and development of its metallurgical and thermal coal deposits in Mongolia’s South Gobi Region to supply a wide range of coal products to customers in China. SouthGobi Resources listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on December 15, 2003 and transferred to Toronto Stock Exchange on December 3, 2009. Now, SouthGobi Resources becomes a company simultaneously listed on Canadian and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
