On March 16, 2011, US$ 750 million 11.5% Senior Notes due 2014 of Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited (01238.HK) were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange with the offering price of 99.383% of the present value of the principal.

Powerlong is a famous real estate developer focusing on commercial real estate projects, which has been listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2009.
