March 29, 2011, Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 0914) launched its public bidding for its first 2011 medium term bond in the National Inter-bank Bond Market. April 1, 2011, all the issuance procedures were completed and Anhui Conch Cement actually raised RMB 2 billion with a term of 3 years.

Jingtian& Gongcheng represented the issuer in the bond issue. We also assisted in Anhui Conch Cement's other two medium term bond issuance in 2009 and 2010 respectively with the total raised fund of 10 billion.
