June 3, 2011, Zhengye International Holdings Company Limited （Zhengye International）(03363.HK)  launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing.

Zhengye International is mainly engaged in manufacturing corrugated medium paper and paper-base packaging products.

Jingtian & Gongcheng represented the company on the PRC law in the listing.
