June 3, 2011, Wenfeng Great World Chain Development Corporation (Wenfeng) (601010.SH) listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). The raised funds reached a total of RMB 2 billion.
Wenfeng is mainly engaged in the chain-store operations of general merchandise, supermarket and electric appliance store.
Jingtian & Gongcheng represented the issuer in the listing.
