May 9, 2012, China International Economy and Trade Arbitration Commission issued the award of "Wang-Lao-Ji" trademark dispute between Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (GPHL) and Hong Dao (Group ) Co., Ltd. (HDG) that the "Wang-Lao-Ji" trademark license agreement between GPHL and HDG is valid and HDG shall stop using "Wang-Lao-Ji".  The award was totally in favor of GPHL under which it successfully retrieved the trademark "Wang-Lao-Ji" .
