May 14, 2012, Hefei Construction Investment and Holding Co., Ltd. ("Hefei Construction Investment") successfully issued medium-term notes.
The medium-term notes issued by Hefei Construction Investment was the first city construction investment medium-term notes in Anhui province and the largest-scale city construction investment medium-term notes in China 2012 bond market so far.
Jingtian & Gongcheng acted as the issuer's Lawyer.
