December 16, 2013, our Managing Committee invited audit partners from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. Beijing Branch (“Deloitte”),  MS. Cora Liu, Mr. Jiawei Yan, Ms. Lan Cui and Mr. Lingyang Yan,  to conduct a lecture on “Main Issues ofFinancial Audit and Related Cases in IPO”. More than 80 partners and lawyers from Beijing headquarter and other three offices received the training and benefited quite a lot .

Deloitte audit partners shared various cases in the financial review and analyzed the main financial audit issues and corresponding resolutions in IPO. Auditors and lawyers discussed issues in depth such as related party transactions and on-site interviews in the Q&A part.
