February 18, 2014, Mr. William Scott, President-elect of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (“IPBA”), visited Jingtian & Gongcheng and was warmly received by Mr. Hongjiu Zhang, our managing partner and a few other partners.

IPBA was established in April 1991 at an organizing conference held in Tokyo attended by more than 500 lawyers from countries within the Asia-Pacific Region. Since then, it has grown to become a preeminent legal association in the Asia-Pacific Region, with membership drawn from throughout the world, and currently has over 1,650 members from 67 national jurisdictions worldwide.
