On May 23, 2025, Bilibili Inc. (Bilibili, stock code: Nasdaq: BILI; HKEX: 9626) completed the issuance of US$690 million of Convertible Senior Notes due 2030, offered pursuant to Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Act (the “Offering”).
