TYK Medicines, Inc. (“TYK Medicines”, stock code: 02410.HK) successfully completed its IPO and H-share listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 20, 2024.
As the PRC legal counsel to the underwriter, Jingtian & Gongcheng participated in the whole listing project.
