On August 26, 2024, the "SPIC - Yunnan International Clean Energy Green Carbon Neutral Rural Revitalization Asset-Backed Special Plan " (hereinafter referred to as the "ABS") was successfully issued and established in the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with an issuance scale of 3.608 billion yuan, and cost of 2.23%, which set a new low in the interest rate for SPIC’s series REITs products. At the same time, it is recognized as the largest installed capacity of among plateau wind power base in China.
