As the PRC legal counsel to the Laekna, Inc. (“LAEKNA”, stock code: 02105.HK), Jingtian & Gongcheng was fully involved in LAEKNA’s placement of new share project with HK $236 million (hereinafter referred to as "this project"). This project was completed on November 27, 2024, and the filing application was submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on December 2, 2024.

This project is the second time that Jingtian & Gongcheng has successfully assisted LAEKNA to complete important capital operations since its initial public offering and listing with a total raised approximately HK $791 million in 2023.
