On November 11, 2024, Asiainfo Security (688225.SH), a listed company on the SSE STAR Market‌, successfully completed the acquisition of controlling shares of Asiainfo Tech (01675.HK), a company listed on the main Board of the HKSE (hereinafter referred to as "the transaction"), which is the first major asset restructuring project of "A-shares acquisition of H-shares" on the SSE STAR Market‌.
