Lawyer Liu Ping graduated from Tsinghua University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, obtaining a Master's degree in Financial Management and a Master's degree in Law. In 2024, Lawyer Liu Ping joined Jing Tian Gong Cheng Law Firm, having previously worked as a lawyer and partner at Beijing Guantao (Shenzhen) Law Firm and Beijing Shangquan (Shenzhen) Law Firm.

Lawyer Liu Ping specializes in criminal law, primarily focusing on criminal defense, criminal complaints, anti-fraud and anti-bribery, and criminal compliance. He mainly handles major cases, including official crimes, economic crimes, financial securities and futures crimes, internet crimes, intellectual property crimes, organized crime, drug-related crimes, and legal services such as criminal compliance for listed companies, anti-bribery, and anti-fraud compliance system construction.
