Recently, in the "China Capital Market Report for the first Quarter of 2024" released by Refinitiv, Jingtian & Gongcheng was ranked top one in the world in three rankings, including the underwriter counsel for "Asian companies global IPO", "Chinese companies Global Stock & Stock-linked Issuance" and "Chinese companies Global IPO" respectively. Jingtian & Gongcheng was also ranked No. 3 in "Chinese companies Global IPO " as issuer’s counsel.

At the same time, in the announcement of the "Global and Regional M&A Rankings for the first Quarter of 2024" by Mergermarket, Jingtian & Gongcheng was ranked the third (according to transaction amount) in the "Private Equity Advisory Rankings in Asia Pacific (excl. Japan) Buyouts".
