On June 7, 2024, Jingtian & Gongcheng assisted two companies: Jiangxi Rimag Group Co., Ltd. ("Rimag ", Stock Code: 02522.HK) and Easou Technology Holdings Limited ("Easou ", Stock Code: 02550.HK) completed its IPO and listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
