In Dec 2023, U Power Limited ("UCAR ", Stock Code: "UCAR ") completed its follow-on offering of 10 million ordinary shares and had completed the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission recently.

As the PRC legal counsel to the underwriter, Jingtian & Gongcheng participated in the whole process of this follow-on offering and provided professional and high-quality legal services for UCAR.
