Zhao Hongying graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. After graduation, she was selected by the Global Talent Training Program of Fortune Global 500 Companies and sent to Pusan National University of South Korea, to obtain a master's degree in engineering. Later, she obtained a master's degree in law from Renmin University of China.
Ms. Zhao has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since June 2024 (Prior to this, she worked at Wanhuida Intellectual Property for nearly three years as a patent attorney, worked at Liu, Shen & Associates for nearly six years as a lawyer, and worked at the well-known intellectual property technology company (Quan Master) for nearly two years as a partner.
Ms. Zhao specializes in protection of intellectual property rights, litigation and arbitration, anti-trust, company law, and commercial law. Ms. Zhao has a composite background of "technology+law+business" abilities. She has served Samsung, Google and other leading global large enterprise groups, providing them with intellectual property legal services, covering patent applications, patent invalidation, patent analysis, patent litigation, and is especially good at intellectual property services in such professional fields as communication, power electronics, artificial intelligence, semiconductor, computer, and the Internet. Participated in a series of intellectual property litigation cases involving two influential giants in the industry. Participated in national level laws and regulations, enterprise level intellectual property research projects, wrote and published dozens of industry self-media articles, and published multiple professional articles in industry journals. She has provided comprehensive intellectual property legal advice to several well-known domestic enterprises and industry leaders.
Ms. Zhao is proficient in both English and Korean, holds a TOPIK (Korean Language Proficiency Test) advanced certificate, and was successfully selected for the Beijing Foreign Lawyer Talent Pool in 2021.
Ms. Zhao was admitted to PRC bar in 2018,and obtained the qualification of practicing as a Chinese patent attorney in 2014.
