Ms. LV Yang graduated from City University of Hong Kong and Aix-Marseille University with Master degree in laws.

Ms.LV has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2017 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2024.

Ms.LV specializes in securities, M & A, PE/VC Investment and foreign investment. The Legal 500 "capital market field” ranks Ms.LV as Rising Star for 2024 years.

In the area of capital market, Ms.LV has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects, including Pop Mart(09992.HK), Yangzijiang Financial Holding Ltd(YF8), IVD Medical Holding Limited(01931.HK), Huzhou City Development Group Limited’s s issuance of USD bonds, etc.

Ms.LV also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. She has provided a wide range of legal services for famous Fund investors and Top ranking companies to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting transaction documents and issuing legal opinions. Her representative transaction projects include advising MRX Ltd. in its M&A deal with Wuyoudao (Shanghai) Culture Technology Co., Ltd. And a number of such as Judydoll makeup, Mei KTV and other new consumption, TMT enterprises in their financing and investment projects, etc.

Ms.LV was admitted to PRC bar in 2014.
