In December 2023, during the working meeting of the Primary Level Legislation Contacts of the People's Congress of Chaoyang District under the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the list of representatives whose legislative proposals were adopted was announced and certificates of adoption were awarded. Legislative proposals concerning relevant articles of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Amendment)" suggested by our partners Guobing Ren, Shulan Lin, and our lawyers Wei Tu and Xingcen Wang from Jingtian & Gongcheng, have been adopted for national legislation.
