Recently, the delegation of SGX RegCo, SGX Beijing Representative Office and Allen & Gledhill LLP visited Jingtian & Gongcheng and had an in-depth communication with Zhao Yang, Chairman of Jingtian & Gongcheng’s Management Committee and partners at the Management Committee, the Corporate Department and the Securities Department.

Their visit has not only provided our lawyers with insights on the monitoring status and trends of SGX, but also deepened SGX colleagues’ understanding about trends of Chinese corporates going listed and raising funds overseas, along with the practical challenges they faced in Singapore in this process.
