On November 3, 2023, Poly Culture Group Corporation Limited (“Poly Culture”, 03636.HK) convened an extraordinary general meeting and an H Shareholders’ class meeting, and passed the resolution to privatize Poly Culture by way of merger by absorption through Zhongyi Century Cultural Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (“Zhongyi Century”) (“this Privatization”).
