Recently, ETAO International Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: ETAO), the parent company of ETAO International Group after the DeSPAC transaction, was officially listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. ETAO International Group completed its business combination with Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. III (NASDAQ: MCAE), a special purpose acquisition company, on February 17, 2023.
