In November 2022, Jingtian & Gongcheng launched a brand internship program - “Elite Lawyer Program”, which is designed to recruit outstanding law students from all over China. Attracting the attention of nearly 100 colleges and universities at home and abroad, the program has received more than a thousand resumes. During rounds of screening interviews, the applicants demonstrated their capabilities and potential, after which 100 outstanding candidates were shortlisted for the qualification round. In the final interview held on March 4 to 5, 2023, a jury panel of experts consisting of managing partners, senior partners from each business department, and human resources director ran centralized fair and square interviews to decide on the 32 outstanding law students who will be honored to join our “Outstanding Graduates Internship Program” and start their “journey in Jingtian & Gongcheng” in 2023.
