Nie graduated from Northwestern University of Political Science and Law and obtained her EMBA degree from Antai School of Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is currently a DBA student at HEC Nantes Business School.

Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2023, Nie worked at Haihua & Yongtai Law Firm for 10 years as a senior partner.

Nie specializes in corporate governance dispute resolution, corporate M&A disputes, damages to corporate interests, difficult commercial contract disputes and other litigation and arbitration, as well as corporate investment and financing and non-litigation legal practice.

In March 2015, Nie was awarded the excellent prize in the 1st Shanghai Lawyer Academic Competition for "Proxy Statements"; in March 2019, Nie was awarded the 2nd prize in the 2nd Shanghai Lawyer Academic Competition for "Publications".
