Ms. Wang graduated from Fudan University with a master's degree in law.
In 2023, Ms. Wang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng and was approved as a partner by the firm. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2023, Ms. Wang worked at Shanghai Haihua & Yongtai Law Firm for 14 years as a senior partner.
Ms. Wang's main practice areas include: labor disputes, corporate employment compliance management, and HR risk control. Through the research and service experience of enterprise organization structure and personnel, Ms. Wang provides various legal service products including HR whole process legal compliance, diversified employment planning and implementation, regulations/remuneration design/layoff/executive incentive/trade secret protection, etc. to meet the enterprise's organizational management needs, improve the enterprise's HR planning ability and build legal risk prevention system for enterprises.
