Ms. Xia Xue joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2011 and has been a partner since 2017.
Ms. Xia specializes in the fields of Capital Markets (domestic & overseas), Mergers & Acquisition, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
In the fields of capital market, Ms. Xia acted as legal advisor and provided legal services to various overseas and domestic companies for their respective stock or bond issuance.
In the fields of M&A and private equity investment, Ms. Xia represented domestic and overseas investors in a number of M&A projects and private equity investment transactions, and provided legal services including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence, designing deal structure, negotiation, drafting transaction documents and issuing legal reports and legal opinions.
