(“Winner”, Stock Code: 300888.SZ), a leading manufacturer in the field of disposable wound care and surgical products, as well as a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, acquired a 100% equity in Guilin Zizhu Latex Co., Ltd. (Guilin Latex) held by China Resources Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for RMB 450 million. Previously by public listing, Winner made a successful bid for the said equity from Guilin Latex's former shareholder—China Resources Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on the Shenzhen United Property and Equity Exchange. Winner and Guilin Latex signed the Contract for Transfer of State-owned Property on June 6, 2022.
