Mr. Lu graduated from South-Central University for Nationalities with a bachelor degree and received a Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Lu has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2021 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Lu worked at Investment Fund Team of Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai) for many years.

In the area of formation and operation of investment funds, Mr. Lu Yinlei provides one-stop legal services for dozens of PE/VC funds, real estate funds and special funds, covering all aspects from proposal demonstration, transaction structure design, fund contract drafting, agreement negotiation and communication, KYC, delivery support, fund filing and compliance archives compilation. In the area of investment, financing and equity transactions, Mr. Lu provides legal services for dozens of projects involving a few investment funds, including legal due diligence, transaction structure design, investment agreement drafting and negotiation, and investment closing support, etc. with investee companies mainly specializing in the fields of integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, medical institutions, TMT. Mr. Lu’s representative clients include CTC Capital, CCT Fund, GuoFang FOF, YanChuang Capital, LongTou HouDe Fund, Silicon Harbor Capital, CCB Principal Asset Management, Everbright Group Funds, etc.
